Programme |
| Admission to the Main Programm will be open
to candidates who have qualified the Preliminary Examination in
the year concerned. These candidates can pay the required fees and
get direct admission on giving proof of qualifying in the Preliminary
Examination. The candidates must get enrolled in the Academy one
week before the commencement of the batches. |

| Preliminary
Programme |
| Admission to this course is provided on first
come first served basis depending on availability of seats. Students
with good academic record will be given preference. It will be compulsory
for a candidate to join the Academy for General Studies as well
as optional subject. The candidates willing to join the Academy
under this course will have to reserve their seats one week before
commencement of the batches. |

| Foundation
Course Programme |
| Admission to this course will be through Screening
Test (both adjective and subjective type) and interview. Under this
course it will be compulsory for a candidat to get admission in
General Studies and first optional subject both for the Preliminary
and Main Examinations. The candidat should join for the second optional
also if that subject is offered by the Academy. This will help him
in maintaining quality preparation in that subject. The Screening
Test will be on all the weekdays at the Head Office center of the
Academy. The candidates who are interested in appearing may contact
the Academy directly or with the screening form attached with the
prospectus. The result will be declared the same day. On being selected
for admission, the candidate has to register his/her name the same
day by paying complete fees.
Note: In all batches subjectwise there will be maximum 50 seats.
However, there will be tutorial classes in small batches to promote
close interaction of teachers with students. |

| Interview
Guidance Programme |
| Admission to the Inteview Guidance Programme will
be open only to those candidates who have qualified in the Main Examination. |
|
| Accomodation
Facility |
| Realising the difficulty of the outstation candidates,
the Academy has devoted special care to arrange accomodation for its
students. |
|
| Expenses |
| This will cost between Rs. 3000/- and 5000/-
per month per candidate in a double occupying room including lunch,
dinner and breakfast. At the time of admission, an amount equal
to one month's payment has to be paid as security money which is
adjustable in the last month. A service charge equivalent to 50%
of the month's payment has to be paid at the time of admission.
Candidates are advised to reseved their seats in advance.
Please note that the arrangements mentioned above are not under
the financial management of the Academy. Therefore, students are
advised to check the specific rules and regulations with the Academy's
staff before occupying the arranged accomodation. The Academy keeps
supervision and a close watch on the facilty and security of the
students. |

| Admission
Procedure |
- Candidates are advised to read the rules and regulation of the
Academy mentioned in this information bulletin, before applying
for admission.
- For taking admission, a candidate should apply only on the prescribed
Application form attached with the information bulletin.
- Fees can be paid only through Bank Draft or Pay Order is favour
of "CRESCENT ACADEMY" payable at New Delhi. All payments
are to be made in advance at the time of admission.
- Four passport size recent photograph.
- Admission formalities to be completed five days before the commencement
of each batch.

| Rules
and Regulations |

Candidates are advised to deposit their fees only after being
thoroughly satisfied with the required details. |
| 2 |
A candidate is advised to consider all the factors wich are
likely to affect his stay in Delhi or otherwise, before paying
the fees. |
| 3 |
Selection of the optional subjectd should be done carefully
at the time of admissio. The Change can be made within fifteen
days from the time of admission. however, no subject can be
dropped after admission, For taking another subject a candidate
will have to make fresh paument. |
| 4 |
Fees once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
This cannot be adjusted towards any other course or fee. No
request will be entertained in this regard. |
| 5 |
If for any reason, the candidate discontinues the course,
he/she will have no claim for the refund of fees. |
| 6 |
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi
only. |
